Herizon Inc. is a New England–based women’s nonprofit initiative dedicated to empowering first-generation immigrant women, Asian women, and diverse women through education, leadership development, career support, mutual aid, and community-rooted collaboration.
We believe that women’s empowerment begins with access: access to knowledge, professional networks, mentorship, economic opportunity, and safe spaces where women can be seen, supported, and encouraged to lead. Herizon exists to help women navigate new beginnings, build confidence, strengthen their skills, and participate more fully in professional, civic, and community life.
Our mission is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially:
Herizon promotes lifelong learning by creating opportunities for women to access leadership workshops, AI literacy programs, career development resources, professional training, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
Through education and practical skill-building, we aim to help women gain the tools they need to grow personally, professionally, and socially.
Herizon advances gender equality by supporting women’s leadership, visibility, confidence, and participation across education, business, technology, policy, and community spaces.
We are committed to building a platform where women can share their voices, expand their opportunities, and become active contributors to the communities and industries they belong to.
Herizon supports women in building career pathways, re-entering the workforce, exploring new professional opportunities, and developing the skills needed for long-term economic mobility.
By connecting women with mentorship, job-readiness support, professional networks, and community resources, Herizon contributes to local economic resilience and inclusive growth across New England.
Herizon works to reduce inequalities by building mutual-aid networks that connect women across backgrounds, industries, cultures, and life stages.
Through community support, resource referrals, mentorship, and cross-sector collaboration, we aim to reduce barriers faced by immigrant women, Asian women, and underrepresented women in professional and civic life.
Herizon’s mission begins in New England, but its vision is global.
By aligning local women’s leadership with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Herizon seeks to transform community-based support into sustainable social impact. We believe that when women are equipped with education, networks, economic opportunity, and collective support, they become powerful drivers of change — for themselves, their families, their communities, and the world.
